Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged item received
• Defective product received
Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item may be required for verification.
Size Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time size exchange, subject to product availability.
Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart before placing an order. To cover reverse logistics, shipping, and handling costs, a fee of ₹75 per exchange request will be applicable.
Conditions for size exchange:
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Only size exchanges are permitted.
• Exchanges for different products, colours, or designs are not permitted.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Preference for a different colour or design
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Requests made after the applicable return or exchange period
Returns requested for reasons other than those listed above may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Refunds will only be issued for approved returns that meet the conditions specified in the Return & Exchange Policy.
If a refund is delayed, customers are advised to first contact their bank or payment provider.
